Letter of Invitation
On request, the Secretariat will send a letter of invitation by email to participants to attend the Conference. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participants to apply for leave or travel arrangements. But the letter of invitation does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation of registration must be made in writing via email to the ICCR 2025 Secretariat as per schedule below:On or before 1 October 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.After 1 October 2025: No cancellation request will be entertained.
A replacement or transfer is allowed provided that the replacement is from the same organization and upon receipt of a written request from the participant to be replaced. Please note that replacement is permitted on the basis that written notice is received on or before 1 October 2025.
